We have two goals:

• To collect and make publicly available data on the experiences, needs, ​and desires of Black folks working on climate, environment, and ​sustainability so that Black people can self-advocate, build ​community, and succeed on their own terms.

• To make it easier for Black people working on climate, environment,​ and sustainability to connect virtually and in-person — regardless of t​heir location and professional proximity to capital and acade​m​ia.
